here is the choreography for Byrchall and Lowton classes:

Ever so Lonely ....Jakatta( ministry of sound mix)

Start with back to audience, holding veil behind back.
Bring right arm up (8) and down (4)
Bring left arm up (8) and down (4)
Veil spins to front with pause x 4
Forward and back steps x 5 turning on 6
Forward and back steps x 6 until in line (no turn)

NOW FACING FORWARD
Repeat arms with a gentle bounce of corresponding hip
Repeat veil spins and throw veil away to side at finish.

Following music..4 x hand twirls
Weight to left hip, hand to heart
Huge hip circle, come up on left side, hands caressing hair etc.

Arabesque shimmies..R.L.R.L.
Forwards and back x 5 turning on 6
Forwards and back x 1 turning on 2 x 3 (ending up facing forward)

Side to side steps x 16 arms coming up
Hip drops ( D.U.D.U.U.D) x 4 (right then left)
Turn and walk off with step together step until end of music

Hi Lowton ladies!

hopefully you are reading this in class on Tuesday...tech permitting!!

tonights learning outcomes are:

by the end of the session the learner will:

Know the health and safety issues of the centre and the room.
Have recapped the basics of isolation technique and be able to demonstrate a chest and hip circle.
Have begun to learn the basics of veil techniques and be able to demonstrate a veil spin.
Be able to follow the tutor in a basic group dance.
